Fixing the nails… for those of you who suffer from and splitting nails, here are just a few tips:
I recommend to shorten them occasionally with scissors, it "closes" the edges. And only after than use the nail file.
Another tip for splitting in the nail is to use the "buffer nail file" it really help to stop the split till the nail grows enough and can be cut.
As for the nail file itself, try the crystal nail file. It's just amazing. But not all brands are good, and even in the same brand you can have a really good one and one that doesn't work well (from experience :) ) so you'll have to try a little and find the one that does work. It really worth it, it does wonders compared to the regular metal / paper nail files.
Crystal nail files can be washed with water to keep them clean, and they last for years, so it's a good investment ;)

סידור הצפורניים... לאלה שסובלים מצפורניים מתפצלות, הנה כמה טיפים:
מומלץ לגזוז אותן מידי פעם בעזרת מספריים. זה ממש עוזר "לסגור" את קצות הציפורן ולמנוע פיצולים. רק לאחר מכן לסדר את הצורה בעזרת פצירה.
כאשר יש פיצול בציפורן, והוא עמוק מידי, או לחילופין מספיק קטן שלא נרצה לגזור בגללו את הציפורן. אפשר להשתמש ב"פצירת באפר" שמחליקים בעזרתה את פני הציפורן. זה עוצר את הפיצול ומחליק את הציפורן כך שהוא פחות מורגש.
ולסיום הפצירה עצמה – מומלץ מאוד להשתמש בפצירה קריסטל. אמנם לא תמיד זולה, ולא להתפתות לאלה שעולות כלום, הן ממש לא באותה איכות. ואם כבר איכות, גם לחברות הטובות יכולות להיות נפילות, פצירה אחת מדהימה ואחרת בדיוק אותו דבר אבל משהו בה לא עובד. אז לא להתייאש ולמצוא את ה"אחת". זה לגמרי שווה את זה.
פצירות קריסטל גם ניתן לשטוף במים, מה ששומר על ההיגיינה, והן מחזיקות מעמד שנים!

MAC Fluidline En

My favorite eyeliner is the gel form kind. And in this case, it's the MAC Fluidline. The only problem is that it dries rather quickly. The "sparkling" kind dries even faster than the "regular" kind.
When my current Fluidline started to get annoying, I bought a new one (even though it was still more than half full). But just then, the weather changed and the summer arrived, the temperature increased, and like a magic, the old bottle was working good again. Sadly, I had already bought a new one.
But lately, though the summer is definitely still here, the old bottle started to stutter again.
So, I decided to give it a shot, and add a drop of Fix+ into the fluidline. And like magic, in that first try, my fluidline became soft and nice, once again.

MAC Fluidline

האיליינר החביב עלי הוא בצורת ג'ל. ובמקרה הזה, ה Fluidline של MAC. הבעיה, ההתייבשות. המקרם המנצנץ נוקשה יותר ומתייבש מהר יותר. והמרקם ה"רגיל" בשלב מסויים מתחיל להתקשות, והמרקם פחות חלק, נהיים גושים, המריחה לא יוצאת טוב. בקיצור – הגיע הזמן להוציא אותו לגמלאות.
שמתי לב, השנה, כאשר העונות התחלפו והטמפרטורות טיפסו, שהמרקם המעצבן משתנה חזרה לטוב ונהיה שוב חלק יותר ונוח לשימוש (כלומר, חבל שכבר קניתי אחד חדש להחליף את הנוכחי כשהוא יותר מחצי מלא). אבל לאחרונה, שוב המרקם מעצבן קצת.
אז החלטתי לנסות ולטפטף פנימה טיפת Fix+. בנסיון ראשון - זה עבד, המרקם חלק שוב ורך יותר.
